Thanks to THMCo’s partnership with New Forest Escapes and South Coast Cottages, we are able to provide our homeowners the option of letting their properties out to guests on a regular or one-off basis throughout the year.

Our service takes the hassle out of letting your property, and gives you the benefit of knowing that your dedicated Property Manager is caring for your home and guests, like they would their own.

Starting at just £100 per month and includes:

  • A weekly check of your home (when not rented out) to ensure it is always in tip top condition
  • A per booking fee for our Property Manager to visit your home prior to guests arriving to check everything is prepared properly, and also leave a ‘welcome gift’ from you to your guests.
  • On call service for your guests whilst they are on holiday to ensure you are not bothered by day to day issues.
  • Following a guest stay, our team will visit your property within 48 hours of guest departure and will be responsible for letting the bookings team know if a security deposit needs to be held back and make arrangements for costing the replacement/repair.

Please note this monthly retainer does not include cleaning charges, laundry services or any other third party contractors that may be used to maintain your property  and incur a separate cost.

Annual Property Management

The most cost effective way of letting your property out, is is for most of the year. Our Property Management Service allows you to make the most of your investment without the added hassle of maintaining your property, organising cleaning/laundry and more importantly means that you don’t have to be on call whenever guests are staying.

We work with owners that live on site, that live in London and abroad too. Our prices are tailored to your specific requirements so you are only paying for exactly what you need and no more.

Peak-only Property Management

Only want to rent your home out during the holiday seasons? Our Peak-Only Property management support is available but our capacity for this service is limited, so please talk to us about your specific dates and requirements or drop us a line here.
