• Maintenance – from managing gardeners and builders, chimney sweeps and boiler checks – let us help keep your home in the best possible condition.
• Weekly Check-Ups – whether as part of our Cleaning Service or as an independent visit, we will check on your property once a week and forward post to wherever you are in the world.
• Homecoming Checks – No one wants to get home for the weekend to realise the boiler isn’t working, the lights don’t work and the beds aren’t made! Let us check and fix everything before you get here.
• The Essentials – whether your visit is a few days or a week, your Property Manager can make sure that ready for your arrival your kitchen is stocked up!

Additional services (including our Cleaning or Laundry services) or separate payments to third-party suppliers will be paid for by The Home Management Company and invoiced directly to our Owners.

For maintenance needs, we are happy to source up to three quotes from local and established trades (plumbers, electricians etc) or liaise with our Owner’s preferred suppliers.
