Originally, New Forest Escapes, a unique and eclectic Holiday lettings agency offered a service for those renting out second and investment holiday homes. However, as the business grew, it was clear that a separate business was evolving – The Home Management Co.

With more than six years of experience in managing the portfolio of luxury rental properties with New Forest Escapes, Jan and her team have bought that level of service, local knowledge and attention to detail to The Home Management Company working with homeowners in the New Forest and London, as well as the further afield in the Caribbean, the US and even in the southern hemisphere!.

From replacing broken glassware to fixing the boiler and preparing a guest welcome gift, our Property Managers play a vital role in ensuring our properties are looked after and any guests or owners coming to our homes are secure and comfortable.

All our Property Managers are employed by THMCo and have undergone extensive training and DBS checks.
